Refund policy

We want every Hey Beautiful order to feel just right. If something isn’t a match, our return process is designed to be smooth, simple, and stress-free.


Online Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify:

  • Items must be in original or gently used, resellable condition

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

Prepaid Label:
A prepaid return label will be provided. The label cost is deducted from your refund at processing.


Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene, safety, and brand standards, the following are final sale:

  • Sale or heavily discounted items

  • Monomers & Monomer Essentials

  • Mia Secret liquids

  • Staleks tools

  • Bundles


How to Return (Online Orders)

  1. Visit our Return Portal

  2. Enter your order number + email

  3. Select the items you’d like to return

  4. Use the prepaid label and ship within 7 days

  5. Refunds are issued within 10–14 business days of receiving your return
    (minus label + restocking fee)


In-Store & Pick-Up Purchases

In-store and pick-up purchases follow our boutique policy:

  • Returns within 30 days receive store credit or an exchange

  • No refunds unless the error was on our end

  • No restocking fees apply


Additional Notes

  • Shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable

  • Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged

  • Hey Beautiful reserves the right to decline returns that fall outside the policy
